RH Fitness has an outstanding production process management system to ensure good quality for each product. Starting from the purchasing of accessories, IQC personnel will inspect and grade the accessories purchased in each batch. Only quality parts are imported.

In order to ensure the stability of each product’s quality, our treadmill electrical control system is produced by Xiamen Xin Aoli Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. Relying on Xin Aoli's rich experience in manufacturing electronic control systems, RH Fitness has a huge advantage over other treadmill factories that rely on purchased controllers, which is embodied in a more professional and better understanding of the principles of circuit design.

Control panel production line: responsible for HOME running machine display screen assembly and display function test.

Motherboard embedding: responsible for embedding the corresponding operating system and application program to the motherboard.

Running belt oiler: Spray silicone oil on the back of running belt quantitatively and evenly, and ensure the same amount of silicone oil applied on each running belt, so as to make the running belt felt smoother.

Column pre-pressing machine: In the column, the edge of the die casting and the aluminum extrusion pipe is reserved for 10 wires, which are tightly combined by the pre-pressing machine to ensure the stability of the column structure. The purpose is to eliminate the uncontrollable factors of artificial knocking, so that the quality of the column can be guaranteed.

Gas spring pre-pressing machine: the gas spring pre-pressing machine will pre-press the gas spring for 1 cm and make it convenient for subsequent assembly of the gas spring.

The whole machine is assembled by three independent modules: the control panel, column and base. Independent module assembly can greatly improve efficiency, reduce failure rate, and improve the success rate of troubleshooting.

Motor assembly: we use 1HP motor to meet the needs of family users.

Automatic screw locking machine: we use machine to control the screw torque locking degree, which will improve production efficiency.

The assembly workshop completes the final assembly of the treadmill. The assembled treadmill will go into the testing room for various tests. The unqualified products will be returned for adjustment. The products that meet the standards can enter the final packaging process.

In order to ensure that the product is in good condition when delivered to the customers, we will pack the treadmill carefully.
